School Rules & Regulations

To fulfill our mission, the School Management Committee established these guidelines to shape pupils into responsible individuals.

Article 1: Conduct & Discipline

All pupils must exercise a high degree of respect to themselves, the school administration, prefects, and the community at large.

  • Any form of indiscipline (rumouring, quarrelling, bullying, teasing, abusive language, disobedience) will lead to disciplinary action.
  • Pupils are strictly prohibited from spreading pornographic content or engaging in any sexual abuse. Any involvement will face the disciplinary committee.
Article 2: Academics

Academics is one of our priorities. Every pupil is expected to be punctual for all classes and show continuous progress.

  • Failure to cope with school standards may lead to demotion or repeating a class.
  • Absenteeism without notice, cheating in exams, and habitual late coming are prohibited.
  • Every pupil must belong to one or more school societies and participate in co-curricular activities. Dodging without a genuine reason is a disciplinary offence.
Article 3: Smartness
  • Smartness is the order of the day. Pupils must be smart from head to toe.
  • Every pupil is expected to be in school uniform throughout the week as specified.
  • NO jewellery or beauty items like lipstick or eye pencil are allowed.
  • Non-uniforms are not allowed unless permitted. Unauthorized items will be confiscated until the end of the term.
Article 4: Safety & Security
  • Dangerous or defensive instruments are strictly prohibited.
  • Violence is not allowed; proved cases will be handed over to courts of law.
  • All pupils' property must be permanently labelled. The school is not answerable for lost unlabelled property.
  • Stealing is prohibited and will lead to the disciplinary committee.
  • Pupils must take care of school property. Damages will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.
Article 5 & 7: Health and Meals
  • Report any health conditions immediately to a responsible person.
  • All pupils should be present and punctual for all meals provided.
  • Pupils who cannot have school meals due to health reasons must report to administration with medical evidence.
Article 8: Visitation

Pupils will be visited on designated days:

  • General Visitation: Once a term, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
  • Academic Checks: Tuesday to Thursday (Break time and lunch time).
  • Abrupt Visits: Strictly on appointment.
  • No child will be allowed to receive visitors outside designated days. No visitors are allowed in dormitories without permission.
Article 9: Restricted Areas

No pupil is allowed access to the following areas unless permitted:

  • Dormitories during class time.
  • School entry points (gates).
  • Kitchen.
  • Isolated places.
Article 10: Parents' Responsibilities
  • Encourage and motivate the child for better performance.
  • Provide feedback on behavior, academic progress, and talent development. Check homework, school bag, and books.
  • Provide the pupil with all scholastic materials and full sets of uniform. Foreign wear will be confiscated.
  • Label all property permanently.
  • Pay school fees in time to avoid inconveniences.
  • Attend school meetings, dress decently when visiting, and maintain a good relationship with administration and staff.
